Nazdar lidi! Mám pro vás dneska téma, které se mě osobně dost dotýká. Jasně, řeč bude o diabetu. Co vlastne jsou ty kapsle na cukrovku?

Možná vám to přijde jako další reklamní blbost. Ale… Přiznávám, že jsem měl podobný názor. Jenže zvědavost zvítězila, začal jsem pátrat. A světe div se – něco na tom asi bude. Co vlastne jsou ty kapsle na cukrovku?

Proto zakládám tohle vlákno – třeba to někomu pomůže. Nejsem žádný doktor, ale jako laik mám pár poznatků. Co vlastne jsou ty kapsle na cukrovku?

O jakých kapslích to vůbec mluvíme?
První reakce bývá: „To už tu bylo milionkrát.“ Přitom nejde o chemii, ale často o kombinaci bylinek, vitamínů a minerálů.

Třeba jste narazili na složky jako je berberin, chrom nebo banaba.
Nejsou to náhrady za inzulin, ale doplněk k léčbě.

Osobní pohled „z první ruky“
Přiznávám – byl jsem zvědavej.
Nekoupil jsem první věc, co na mě vyskočila – chvíli jsem hledal.
Jasně, nedá se čekat efekt bez úpravy jídelníčku.

Neříkám, že jsem „vyléčený“, ale rozdíl jsem cítil.

Tělo to vzalo úplně v pohodě.
I kdyby půlka efektu byla v hlavě, mně to pomohlo.

Nejsem sám, kdo to řeší
Na jednom fóru jsem četl příběh chlapa, co díky nim omezil inzulin.

Samozřejmě – každý jsme jiný.
Já říkám: důležité je, že to pomáhá. A komu jak, to už je na každém.

A co na to doktoři?
Jiní varují, že to může být rizikové bez konzultace.

Například berberin má výsledky srovnatelné s metforminem – to není málo.

Jak to vidím?
Ale jako podpora? Jako součást balíčku „péče o sebe“? Proč ne.
