It is interesting to see how different people value different aspects of a product. They are simply the ones that fit well and survive many rounds of washing or daily use. When every picture has different colors or extreme filters, it is usually a bad sign. A product that still looks good after a few months is more impressive than something only good on arrival.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

Sometimes I do not mind waiting longer if the price is fair and the quality is solid. I also check if the store explains how to measure PD and frame size clearly. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. I try to look for real photos of the insoles and soles, not only the outside of the shoe. They are simply the ones that fit well and survive many rounds of washing or daily use. The same is true for metal versus acetate frames for glasses. If you sit in front of a screen for many hours, these small features make a difference. Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always.
Maybe this is useful for someone. |
